We offer a wide range of training programmes:-
- Open access training. Our regular programme of open training days is ideal for organisations to train staff new to continuing healthcare or those requiring more advance skills for specific roles. The programme runs on a variety of days each month at the FCL training venue – View further details. Alternatively FCL can deliver an open access course exclusively for your staff at your location. - Bespoke training. We deliver bespoke training events designed specifically to meet your particular learning requirements. For example we have helped Board Members and executive teams understand the strategic implications of NHS Continuing Healthcare policy; designed training for an extra-ordinary eligibility decision-making panel associated with a judicial review case; and provided a 2 day development programme for an SHA’s independent review panel members. - Small group learning programmes. Some organisations or networks want to develop a critical mass of leaders in CHC practices or want to implement a challenging programme of practice reform that requires facilitated collective learning, over a number of sessions, where the participants set the agenda and pace.
